Zelenskyy Cocktail
A layered blue-and-yellow cocktail created in support of Ukraine, designed to resemble the colors of the Ukrainian flag.

Preparation
- 1Shake passion fruit puree, peach schnapps, lemon juice and orange juice with ice.
- 2Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
- 3Separately stir vodka and blue curaçao with ice.
- 4Carefully strain over the first layer to create a blue-over-yellow effect.
- 5Garnish with a half lemon slice.
Historical Background
Adapted from a recipe created in March 2022 by bartender Karol Terejlis at Ognisko Restaurant in London. The cocktail was designed to represent the blue and yellow Ukrainian flag and support fundraising efforts for Ukraine. The colors symbolize a blue sky above fields of wheat and sunflowers, Ukraine's national flower.
