Unicum Sour

Preparation
- 1Add Unicum, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker.
- 2Dry shake if using egg white.
- 3Add ice and shake until chilled.
- 4Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- 5Garnish with a lemon twist.
