A vibrant emerald-green tarragon soda originating in Georgia, celebrated for its refreshing herbal flavor and iconic color.
Tarkhuna was invented in the 1880s by Georgian pharmacist Mitrofan Lagidze in Tbilisi. By combining fresh tarragon with carbonated water, he created one of the Caucasus' most iconic soft drinks. Today Tarkhuna remains popular throughout Georgia, Armenia and much of Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
