Preparation

  1. 1Combine the water and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. 2Add the lemon juice and rose water.
  3. 3Lightly bruise the mint leaves and stir them into the mixture.
  4. 4Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  5. 5Fill serving glasses with ice.
  6. 6Pour the sherbet over the ice.
  7. 7Garnish with fresh mint and lemon slices before serving.
