Pornstar Martini

Preparation

1. 1Fill a shaker with ice.
2. 2Add vanilla vodka, Passoa, passion fruit purée, vanilla syrup and lime juice.
3. 3Shake vigorously until well chilled.
4. 4Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. 5Garnish with half a fresh passion fruit.
6. 6Serve with a chilled shot of Prosecco on the side.

Historical Background

The Pornstar Martini was created in 2002 by renowned bartender Douglas Ankrah at the Townhouse Bar in London. It quickly became one of the world's most popular modern classic cocktails. Despite its name, it is not a true martini, but a passion fruit and vanilla vodka cocktail traditionally served with a side shot of Prosecco.
